Frequently asked questions

What is a credit?

1 credit = $1. A Quick test costs 5 credits, Standard costs 10, Deep costs 15. Credits are deducted when you publish a job and refunded if no tester claims it within 24 hours.

How long does it take?

Quick and Standard tests are typically claimed within 30 minutes during working hours. Deep tests have a 1-hour SLA. You receive the report as soon as the tester submits.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You just provide a public URL. Testers open your app in a real Chrome browser and all network requests + console logs are captured automatically by the platform.

Can I request specific flows to test?

Yes. When creating a job, you can add test instructions describing the exact flows you want covered. Testers follow your instructions step by step.

What if the tester doesn't follow instructions?

You can reject feedback submissions that don't meet your requirements. A new tester will be assigned automatically.
